What this website collects
- Nothing on its own. This site has no sign-up forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers. We do not set cookies ourselves.
- Standard server logs. Our host, Netlify, records technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested. This is how any website works. We use it only to keep the site running and safe.
Things you choose to send us
- Booking a call. The booking calendar is run by Calendly. When you book, you give Calendly your name, email and any answers you add. We get a copy so we can speak with you. Calendly may set its own cookies while its calendar is open. See Calendly's privacy notice.
- Emailing us. If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.
- The live demo. The Live Response Race is a separate page with its own privacy policy: speed.originallyhuman.com/privacy.html.
Other companies involved
- Netlify hosts this site.
- Google Fonts supplies our typeface. Your browser asks Google's servers for the font file, so Google sees your IP address.
- Calendly runs the booking calendar, as described above.
Some of these companies keep data on servers in the United States, so US courts and agencies may be able to ask for it under US law.
What we do with your details
We use them to answer you, to book and hold the call you asked for, and to keep our records of those conversations. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and booking details for as long as we are talking with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact. Then we delete them. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep your address on a do-not-contact list so we can keep that promise.
Your choices
Email us any time to see, fix or delete what we hold about you, or to stop us contacting you. We will answer within 30 days.
If you live in Canada
You can ask to see your details, ask us to correct them, and withdraw your consent. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. If you live in Quebec, you can also complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
If you live in the United States
Some states, like California, let you ask what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, and ask us to correct it. We do not sell your details or share them for ads. Email us to use these rights. We will not treat you worse for asking.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
